KAIQ uses cookies and similar browser storage that are necessary for sign-in, security, tenant routing, saved preferences and reliable operation. Disabling them may prevent the service from working.
Product analytics
KAIQ may collect first-party product events such as page views, feature selections, errors and time spent in a workflow. Events are separated by account role and tenant so product teams can understand how the service is used without exposing one customer's records to another.
We do not use advertising cookies or sell usage data. Where non-essential analytics require consent, they remain off until that consent is given.
Your controls
You can remove or block cookies using your browser settings. Essential cookies cannot be disabled inside KAIQ because they are required for account security and core operation. Any future optional analytics or marketing tools will be listed here and offered with an appropriate choice.
